| All body kits
are made of 100% hand-laid fiberglass or Poly Fiber
(PFRP) in our Factories in US / Germany / Malayshia / Sri
Lanka. Buyer understands that due to strict U.S. Federal
and State Safety crash guidelines, AccoladeŽ is not
responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury
incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error,
incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or
breaking your aero parts) or act of nature. All body kits
(aero components) are only recommended and legal to be
used for off-road use such as exhibition show only! Buyer
understands that all body kits (aero components) require
some prep work before paint; we are not responsible for
any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for
unexpected labor your body shop/paint shop charges the
Buyer. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled
body shop/ technician install and paint any body kit
(aero components) for factory or show quality look. If
any aero part(s) arrive damaged or cracked bad enough it
cannot be repaired, you must contact AccoladeŽ
immediately in order for claim to be processed and
approved. Please refer to Shipping / Handling section of
this page for further details involving claims. All
orders cancelled after 24 hours of initial order are
subject to a 25% restocking fee. OEM FIT- Original Equipment Manufactures Fit - The bumper aligns on the car perfectly and you do need to modifiy the Bumper to fit the car. However OEM fit does not mean that you may not have to remove crash bars/ plastic fitting pieces / fogs and other parts of the car to fit the Item. All our Products are designed for Japanese Domestic Cars and they may change from Country to Country on Bumper Specification, which also means that Bumper Fitting May Vary from Country to Country. ( Car May Have to be Modified ) |

| Aftermarket Lightweight Racing Fiberglass & Carbon Fiber Hoods: | |||
| Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass / carbon fiber. Most of these hoods are made in various local fiberglass factories, and also several are imported from overseas which carry and set forth NO WARRANTIES whatsoever. AccoladeŽ is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-road use such as exhibition show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods are have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with stock latch and pre-tapped holes for easy installation. We strongly RECOMMEND that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on ALL aftermarket lightweight racing hoods.We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop / technician install and paint any hoods (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. If any hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough it cannot be repaired, you must contact AccoladeŽ immeadiately in order for claim to be processed and approved. | Returns & Cancellations: | |||
| No refunds are issued for orders. Authorization to return any and all products must be obtained by the Buyer from AccoladeŽ in advance and must be made within (2) days of receiving the product. All returned or cancelled products to AccoladeŽ are subject to 25% restocking fee or 25% cancellation fee. Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to AccoladeŽ. All products which are approved for return are for store credit only. All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturers carton in the same condtion as it was originally delivered by AccoladeŽ to the Buyer. Only the original Buyer may request for a return of products. All warranty cards and other such items must be included with the product being returned. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only, and only after warranty has been cleared from original manufacturer will the Buyer receive product back. After receipt of goods, AccoladeŽ shall inspect the goods to determine the exact quantity and condition of goods received. If AccoladeŽ does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, buyer must accept incurred costs. Special Orders, Custom Made Orders, and all Electrical or Mechanical parts are not returnable. | |||
| Special Orders: | |||
| All special
orders require a minimum nonrefundable deposit of 50% of
total costs. If there is any cancellation for any reason
by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to
AccoladeŽ. AccoladeŽ shall not be responsible for any
late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate.
Buyer shall not be entitled to chargebacks, reductions of
price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or
failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. If
special order item(s) are left over 60 days from time of
AccoladeŽ receiving parts in stock; and Buyer has not
paid the rest of his or her balance or made any attempt
whatsoever to claim their order, then the order shall be
considered canceled and all monies previously deposited
shall be forfeited to AccoladeŽ. |

| Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments | |||
| All shipments
are sent with full insurance coverage. ACCOLADE, ships
all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible
for any damage that may occur during shipment. We at ACCOLADE, urge our customers to check all shipments for any type of damages before signing any type of bill of lading presented to you by the trucking company. By signing the trucking company's bill of lading, you agree to the shipping company and ACCOLADE. that all packages are in good order and in acceptable condition. After a bill of lading is signed and the package is delivered, neither the shipping company nor ACCOLADE. will accept the liability for the package. Please remember that fiberglass is easily fixable and ACCOLADE does not tolerate refusal or return of minor cracks, scuffs, and scratches on any fiberglass parts. Products that are damaged through the negligence of the shipping company, customers must report the damages to that shipping company within 24 hours after receiving order. All damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt. If not customer could be held liable for all damages acquired through shipping. Please remember do not discard any portion of the packaging material. The shipper will send a representative to inspect the carton and its contents. ACCOLADE, will cooperate in full to fix or replace your product as long as all the steps above have been followed. International Orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. ACCOLADE, is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders. Please note that on International Order we cannot give Tracking Numbers as its SEA SHIPPED. Also Please do not keep on emailing us for documents and Tracking Numbers because It takes a Shipping Company at Least 10-14 days for them to Release Documents. Once Documents are released we will forward them to you via Email with All the Instructions. If you repeatedly ask for documents we will not be reply to those emails until we recieve the documents. Also repeatedly emailing us will make your Email go to the SPAM folder and will automatically get Deleted. Also all your Emails should be corresponded with your Name and Address and Order Date with the Parts you have ordered. Also please note that there is processing Time involved. This may vary According to Stock Situation. If parts are out of stock they will be manufactured and shipped out, Processing Time for a International Order may vary from 10-14 days. Please also note that Special Orders such as Wide Body Kits may take up to 3 Months for us to manufacture Due to increased call volume, tracking numbers will only be provided after the 10th business day of the order. In order to serve you better, we at AccoladeŽ. strongly urge our customers to check all shipments for any type of damages before signing any type of bill of lading presented to you by the trucking company. By signing the trucking company's bill of lading, you agree with the shipping company and AccoladeŽ. that you received all packages in good order and acceptable condition. After a bill of lading is signed and the package received, niether the shipping company nor AccoladeŽ. will accept liability for the package. If there is damage on the package upon receipt, note on the bill of lading and notify AccoladeŽ by email immediately. If at all possible, please take pictures of damaged parts and box/package. Please remember that fiberglass is easily fixable and AccoladeŽ. does not tolerate refusal or return of minor cracks, scuffs and scratches on any fiberglass parts. In the event that a part has been damaged, AccoladeŽ. will cooperate in full to fix or replace your product as long as all steps above have been followed.
